I am a leader in our Recruitment practice at HireStrategy, which means that I dedicate my time to networking and conducting career management with professionals who are in the top 20% of their field. I seek out people who are motivated go beyond earning a paycheck and want to realize their full potential by taking a role that maximizes their talents while enriching their lives.
I work with those individuals to plan and develop their careers now and in the future, which includes collaboration on appropriate role, career path, qualifications and most appropriate way to grow credentials. We will also work together on job searching if it is appropriate which includes resume advice, partnering on exclusive opportunities and working through the interview process to make sure your interests are represented.
The other side of my position is to work with hiring managers from the companies I represent to consult on their hiring goals and challenges around human capital providing them with innovative solutions and high quality resources. I also assist with managing the hiring process to streamline and execute the interview cycle so there is an expedient and successful outcome.
