John is graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with his Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a focus in Counseling. During his academic studies and classroom training at JMU, he recognized an ability to effectively communicate and develop strong relationships based on trust and active listening. Upon moving to Northern Virginia, he started a career in technology recruiting. Now with over one year of recruiting experience, he has been a key part of HireStrategy's technology team by expanding our infrastructure presence.
