In a time of drastic change it can be overwhelming to think about career management. When we face each day fully aware that the job we hold today likely won't be the job we have 5 years from now it can be hard to fathom the right way to plan. In a world of online profiles, networking sites, blogging, emails, IMs, cell phones, smart phones and various other gadgets it can be hard to imagine how to become more productive, more connected and more planned.
